Returns & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, reach out through the contact form as soon as possible. Cancellations will be accepted before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return, but you will be responsible for returning the order and paying postage. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued. 

If your order is damaged in transit, reach out through the contact form, and I will reply with a request for a photo of the damage. You will have the option of a refund or a replacement, and postage for return of the damaged item will be covered.

While I take extra steps to ensure durability of my products, they are still breakable under enough strain. Do not treat the pieces roughly. Do not bend or yank them excessively, and do not leave pieces laying around where they may become scratched up or have things dropped on them. Store them in a protected place. If it is obvious you have damaged a piece due to excessive force or negligent care, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will not be accepted after 1 month from purchase date.
